Splinter Cell looked good, my fave was Halo 4. Good to see that 343i are a capable bunch. Also looks somewhat refreshing.
Black Ops 2 demo was OK, but that's all. Gears of War Judgement gameplay looked like it should be Gears 3 DLC.

Yer Halo 4 really got me excited. Splinter Cell surprised me as it looked really good. Black Ops2 looked pretty good also.

Disappointed with the Gears Trailer didn't really show anything.

Tomb Raider/Splinter Cell, mostly because they don't require me buying a 360 to play. The part I hated the most was Halo 4 because it made me want to buy a 360.

I don't know what I was doing watching the conference at all, now that I think about it. [Facepalm]
