Target in Melbourne (Bourke Street) is sold out, but Swanston EB is still price matching them.
Awesome guide guys.... very appreciated :)

They did price match without much fuss.

I wonder how many Mums and Dads just paid full price though. If you're not buying for yourself, you probably wouldn't realise it's so much cheaper everywhere else.
Bought from us psn store then went halves with a mate ( soon as downloads can be used on 2 ps3's) worked out to about $35AUD after currency conversion. :P
I brought mine from gamelane for $65 but have sinced noticed that they have removed gta v from their listing ..maybe ran out?
Got mine for $70 at Dick Smith.
When I buy OZ, I buy EB, but come on guys,
are you missing something ?

How come $70?
I pre-ordered when they had a deal where they'd put down $10 store credit if you put down $10 for a pre-order. So their final price was $79.95 and I had already put down $10, so all up I paid $69.95.

I see. nice work!
Yeah I paid $59 US from Psn currently doing the 18gb download :)
could never get it digitally ;P

Just would feel like ps+ game too me.
zoowhouse, a game reselling business about to go independent, has the game for $70.90 on ebay, from melbourne, free shipping. www.ebay.com.au/...
www.gamelane.com.au has taken my money, has not shipped my pre order of GTA V and refuses to respond to my email requests of confirming shipping date.
I stated to them today that I want my order cancelled and I want my money back and any refusal to do so (and not ship my game) is tad amount to credit card fraud.
I consulted my bank and they said they will "investigate" to get my money back lol ...good luck with my bank!

I say steer wheel clear of gamelane.com.au as their actions are well unprofessional and deceitful and ....will I ever get my game???
You can get it for only $69 (Australian dollars) incl. shipping at UK online store zavvi.com. You need to use the code ZV16127166 when opening a new account and it'll give you 5% OFF everything on your first purchase.
@DPkrass
Same here, $64.95 on Gamelane. Paid the deposit and confirmed it went through. Yet they claim they still have not recieved any payment. I have tried emailing and calling but get no response at all. I contacted the ACCC and have given them 5 days to respond, otherwise I will lodge a complaint with consumer affairs.

Let me know how your order goes.
@Spaz7778 @DPkrass
i ordered from there as well. it seems everyone cannot get into contact with them. I saw other online websites say that the imported stock is coming on Monday, so im giving them till then to dispatch. Also apparently they dont do money refunds and instead give you store credit.
Tell me if you make progress with the order.
@hamboss ...Any store that does NOT state that an item that you purchase is NOT in stock or is on back order, legally has to issue a full refund if they did not disclose that information prior to check out.
If they DID state that there is a wait until stock arrives and a "customer" does purchase the item then the buyer has entered an agreement and accepted there was a wait until stock comes in and then shipped out.

www.gamelane.com.au did NOT state that it was NOT in stock and there for led the customers to believe that it would be shipped out on release day (17th). No contract was entered for anyone to wait who purchased GTA V.

In summary ...they can stick their store credit up their arse!
@DPkrass
thats good to know cause i dont want no store credit, i just want my game
