Resident Evil 6 released early, out now

Resident Evil 6 was due to be released in Australia next Tuesday, but EB Games is selling it today.

Customers who pre-ordered with EB received a text message this morning telling them their copy of Resident Evil 6 can be picked up today, four days early, pending their store has stock.

EB Games has since confirmed it via Twitter, but advises keen gamers to call their store first to check if they have early stock.

This makes Australia the first country to receive Resident Evil 6.

I don't think it's going to be a fail necessarily. But I am wary of RE6 after the demo and the shift from horror to action that RE5 showed back in 2009.

I wish I didn't buy it. Poor controls, a terrible inventory system thAt does not work well with the action. And the graphics are almost worse than resident evil 5s with muddy textures and average environments.

You should have tried the demo first man. I'm a big RE fan but I really dislike the direction capcom is going with the series.

They should of just made a completely new game if they wanted a action game, and just make resident evil how it's supposed to be.

it doesn't even feel like the same company that made it. [sick]

You will be very disappointed Miamigo. I really enjoyed RE5 as well but this game does not feel polished at all, the gameplay just isn't there , it just doesn't feel like a RE game anymore.
