Fable: The Journey, the fourth entry in Lionhead's popular adventure series, will be the biggest Fable game yet with over 30 hours of game play, according to creative director, Gary Carr, who spoke at last week's Develop conference.
“We realised [after E3 2011] that people didn’t think that we were building a long-form game,” said Mr Carr.
The Journey is "the biggest Fable game we've ever made by far", according to Mr Carr. "If you're racing 30 miles through the world, you’ve got to build a lot of world."
The game is apparently three-times the size of the last Fable game.
Mr Carr also said that it's been difficult to convince gamers that this is another Fable game rather than a "Kinect Fable game", considering its Kinect implementation.
