Warner Montreal is going big with Batman: Arkham Origins, the third entry in the critically acclaimed Arkham series.
Yeah, the other games were already pretty "big", but Arkham Origins will take the series' scale to a whole new level, according to the developer.
"The Gotham City in Batman: Arkham Origins is more than double the size of Arkham City," gameplay director Michael McIntyre told Gaming Bolt. "‘This includes two major regions: North Gotham and South Gotham and the bridge connecting them."
McIntyre also said the game world's scope and the campaign's length should please fans of the series.
"There is a lot of space to explore. The length of the single player campaign will depend on each player’s play style but should meet the expectations of fans of the franchise."
Batman: Arkham Origins is out on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on October 25.
