Today Ubisoft announced that it is developing Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction exclusively for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and for Windows PC. The fifth episode of the critically acclaimed and multimillion-selling Splinter Cell franchise is being developed entirely by Ubisoft's award-winning Montreal studio and is scheduled to launch Spring 2007.
Over the years, the Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell franchise has set standards in regard to graphic prowess and innovative gameplay, and Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Conviction will continue in this rich tradition, with an all-new improvisational gameplay system that adds a true "next-gen" dimension to the game experience.
