Microsoft has quietly revealed that Halo 4 will require "at least" 8GB of hard drive or flash storage to access the multiplayer mode. It's a requirement for all multiplayer modes.
It's hardly a surprising revelation, as Halo Reach required the game to be installed to play online co-op. However, it's an inconvenience if you own an Xbox 360 with only 4GB of storage space, as Microsoft recommends using the hard drive for an optimised experience.
"Halo 4 will offer an optimal experience if played using a hard drive, but will deliver a visually impressive and immersive gameplay experience whether you use a hard drive or a flash storage device," said Microsoft.
