DmC dev focusing on quality, not sales

DmC developer, Ninja Theory, has responded to gamer backlash about the game, insisting that it doesn't care if the game sells well or not.

Tameem Antoniades of Ninja Theory told PSM3 magazine that "worst creative crime" was to make a game for a demographic that has been created by people that dislike the game, a market he said "doesn't actually exist".

"So from that point of view I don't care if it sells a thousand units or two million units," said Mr Antoniades, iterating that development will focus on making a unique experience, rather than one that appeases the critical minority.

I don't mind the new character design. it's less emo/hipster/bs then it was when i first saw pics but he might shed a tear every now and then but better than a river...

I hope it sells more than a 1000 copies cause he'll be out of a job and secondly won't ever touch the franchise again.. we'll be left with more COD releases and thats just bad for me.

so many assumptions that its going to suck arse but I like the trailer but hey I'm awesome.
