A general discussion on those devices we put on our heads to drown out the nagging...I mean for better sound quality :P

I've been using the SteelSeries Siberia V2's steelseries.com/... for ages now and I'll be hanging on to them because they do a good job.

I found this music site called Grooveshark, its not new but it has free streaming of good quality music, leaves youtube for dead.

I use Shure SE535 for everything. I do have a pair of sennheiser headphones (forgot the model no) which I haven't used for awhile. SE535 just sounds too good for me.

I buy all my music on CDs, sometimes I even have to order stuff from overseas. Downloading from anywhere legitimate isn't worth it when I can buy physical cheaper plus rip it at 44.1khz 16 bit.
I won't download songs illegally and even if I would FLAC is a pain for me.
Streaming provides a temporary fix while I'm tossing up buying an album or in this case waiting for it to arrive from Holland. I used to use youtube which has decent sound in HD videos but a lot of songs are still 360p max.

I have a Razer Chimaera 5.1 and it's awesome! I've owned most headsets (for gaming on consoles) apart from Astros and their the best of the bunch imo. No failures as you mention, well built and sound awesome. Trittons are worse and cost the same, your lucky to get 6 months outta them plus they have too many cables wiring them up. Turtle Beach just plain suck, cheap over-priced junk using strangely the 2.4ghz fq. SteelSeries are better but i found them to be fairly average in the sound department, plus some models are just plain ugly.
Anyhow explain what you mean? have you experienced failures with Razer products on more than one occasion? :O

Razer are good for mice. And apparently water flasks.
