Did anyone here play Tribes or Tribes 2? They really were ahead of their time and so much fun! I remember lanning they at a friends house back when I was a little kid, and we would spend hours flying around the maps fragging each other.

This could be epic. I hope it is epic.

I'm terrible at shooting, but i have out run missiles many a times, just gotta know when to jet pack, drop out of the sky, ski, and jet away again, i gather they would be super useful for vehicles though.

Just did some practice skiing exploring maps btw ;) finding all the sneaky areas ^_^

I still use the battlerifle, honestly once you work out the mechanics of the game and predict the physics in your head (it's not hard, inertia has a lot to do with it) you can get a decent accuracy.

With the inertia you have to sort of anti-lead your target. Takes some getting used to.

Just played this before, so much fun, finally had a missile lock on, easy to shoot down though.

I think doyl took it as instead of trying to shoot people with spinfusor or normal gun, u went heat seeking so you dont have to aim ^_^

You have to more or less be pointing it right at them for five seconds and they must be mid-air then entire time :P When I use him I don't use the missiles too much because you just get destroyed while you stand still trying to target someone [yawn]

Once u learn to ski its a pretty easy game, just remember space is king in keeping momentum, well that and down slopes :P

this game is so much fun the high speed skiing capture the flag team death match its just a good game if only it had a story line that you could complete to make it more enjoyable :) [MOG]
