TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This is only a collection of previous experiences by MyPS3 members, and should only be used as a referencing tool. You, as the individual, are still personally responsible for whatever sale or trading transactions you participate in. MyPS3 only offers the means for interaction between users i.e. consumer-to-consumer electronic commerce.

2. MyPS3.com.au, its owners and admins, will not be liable for any losses you may incur as a result of unsuccessful transactions.

3. Posts unrelated to the topic, complaining about prices, attacking other users and similar will be deleted.

4. Admins will try, whenever possible, to update the feedback list and make a post indicating that the list has been updated. This also helps prevent double counting of +1 or -1 feedbacks.

5. Special thank you for S0NY, who thought of this idea and started the original thread

I only fell for it coz he approached me first.. with a nice attitude/prompt responses etc etc... after he got payment, he even followed up (prolly fully knowing it wasnt sent in the first place)
