TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. This is only a collection of previous experiences by MyPS3 members, and should only be used as a referencing tool. You, as the individual, are still personally responsible for whatever sale or trading transactions you participate in. MyPS3 only offers the means for interaction between users i.e. consumer-to-consumer electronic commerce.

2. MyPS3.com.au, its owners and admins, will not be liable for any losses you may incur as a result of unsuccessful transactions.

3. Posts unrelated to the topic, complaining about prices, attacking other users and similar will be deleted.

4. Admins will try, whenever possible, to update the feedback list and make a post indicating that the list has been updated. This also helps prevent double counting of +1 or -1 feedbacks.

What do I do?

SELLERS: In terms of feedback, nothing. Just ensure the buyers receive their product. Feedback for buyers are no longer recorded.

BUYERS: After receiving the product, please leave the seller feedback in this thread.

TRADERS: It is ideal that both parties in one transaction leave feedback for one another.

For each transaction, please give a +1 or -1 feedback.
e.g. +1 for wutang01 for selling Uncharted 2

Sellers and traders who reach 20 positive feedbacks will be given a GOLDEN status. This status may be removed if a user reports a negative feedback.

pretty sure i had some +ve feedback for selling and trading but doesn't matter, prob the people i sold to didn't give me + feedback in the old thread.

ADMIN: Feedback list updated as of this post

Edit: I'm thinking of setting up a Golden List i.e. when a user reaches a certain amount of positive feedbacks, he/she achieves a Golden Rating. This symbolises a good buyer/seller that other MyPS3 members can trust. However, they can lose the gold by negative feedbacks. Please PM me your opinion.

You should be happy with the Golden List then

So from now, sellers who reach +20 will receive golden status. They will lose the status if a couple of users report negative experiences.

And also, the whole point of the golden status is to make it easier for us to update the lists

Sorry jimmiq, I decided to change it to 20. Just an accumulation of 20 successful transactions as a seller.

There's no golden buyers list, since buyers always pays before the seller ships. This means that buyers are trusting the sellers will act in good faith.

To be honest, I'm thinking of removing the ability to accumulate positive feedbacks as a buyer.

I guess the only other area which should get golden statuses are the traders.
