Edit - It's not even close to playing a real guitar.

I said speed though, my mate plays guitar and was able to play GH on medium the first time he played it. So it must have some use!! If your fingers can get use to the speed of the frets on GH, surely that can be of some use when you actually play a guitar!!

Anything that requires manual dexterity would help with GH, typing would. Medium is also very easy, first time I picked it up I could play it on medium...

spped on medium hahahahahahahahahahaha(dragongorce excluded)
i can't play guitar and played on medium straight up. when you get to hard/expert it will help IF you play the guitar but going from GH to guitar is no contest.

hey xraycat i have a release date 4 ya... rock band is comin out May 28th heres a couple places where this date is said...
