There is an easy mode and a hard mode for the editor. Each are fairly similar, although, easy mode is missing a lot of the complex props and whatnot. Hard mode has more camera options, which can easily get ouy lost, but makes for fine placement of items. Very much like any other PC level editor out there.

I like to use the easy editor to layout the path of the track and static props, then switch over to the hard editor to place events/triggers and all the finicky bits.

I was really impressed with the editor over-all, the only thing that holds it down it is the controller which can be a bit jerky when trying to finely place some delicate props.

Just started playing this, so awesome! Is it just me though, or is this easier and a bit less creative in the track design than Trials HD? I'm a bit disappointed in the skill games, but overall its still a fantastic game, Trials HD just set the bar so friggin high.
