I'm not sure how many other people are in the same boat as me or something similar. Basically I started my Mass Effect experience with part 2 and I've only recently purchased part 1 which I'm still meaning to play though. So for me the game still feels like there's holes in it, maybe others that have played all 3 games might not be happy with one of the game saves they have imported.

So with the latest game finished and many people not that happy with the ending is anyone else keen on playing though the entire series again from start to finish to attempt to get perfect endings, have all dialog options open, see more cut scenes etc?

When I get the chance I want to get though the first game, play though the second with a ME1 imported file then tackle part 3 with the DLC (I bought the DLC towards the end of the game so apparently I missed a lot of dialog with the Prothian).

The only thing that puts me off from going through the game again is all the tedious stuff you get stuck with in part one. The 10 minute elevator rides, the way the Citadel is so hard to navigate, and flipping that dam Mako over because you tried to get it up a steep hill.

These past couple of weeks I did another play through of both ME2 and ME3, this time I imported a ME2 game save which had a ME1 save behind it and played through the game with some additional DLC. I purchased the Shadow Broker, Arrival and Kasumi - Stolen memory DLC packs. Kasumi is a nice addition to the crew and she actually prevents the Specter agent from dieing in one of the side missions in ME3. Playing though arrival also fills in some dialog holes in ME3, previously all I got was references to "my actions" but after playing Arrival in ME2. Then there's another side mission about a Baterian terrorist, previously what happened to his colonies was described pretty loosely but now he points the finger right at you. I think I played though both games as good as I'm going to get, no one dies in the suicide mission of ME2, Thane dies a hero stopping kai leng, Wrex is the in charge of the clans, got peace between the Quarians and the Geth and finished it all off with synthases ending.
Basically I wanted to play though it all again to enjoy the new ending a bit more.
I think I'll leave this game a lone for a while now...and stop reading the ME Wiki page :P

Starting this again, playing through part 2 now working on getting that perfect game again. I've added most of the interesting DLC packs to this so I can play it all in one hit. Then I'll transfer that game save over to ME3 and go for a perfect playthrough again but this time I'll go through the 3 DLC packs while playing though instead of playing them just before the attack on the Illusive mans base at the end. Also I'm keen to see if there's any difference in the ending with the added DLC, even an extra frame in one of the cut scenes :P
Overall I just love the story and playing though it all again.

Gotta agree with you Guyver, I want to play story dlc for 3 then go back and play through it all again with dlc incorporated into main story line... So many hours of game time...

I tried to start a Renegade Shepard after all these years this afternoon.

My conscience wouldn't let me, I have to at least be nice to Garrus, Wrex and Ashley and then I end up being nice to everyone :S

Yeah the hours add up for the DLC they've added. From the ashes adds about 30 minutes(wasn't happy about paying for that one, day one DLC is pure evil..), Leviathan adds an hour and a half and Omega adds a couple hours plus.
I did enjoy the Omega DLC but I liked the answers and story I got from the Leviathan DLC. lol this is about the only game (and ME2) that I have actually bought DLC for.

I can't play renegade as well just not my nature, I don't mind making the occasional renegade quick time decision just to feel like a bad ass though. You're right you can't not be nice to Garrus the man has to be respected same with Wrex. Well at least renegade dialog and actions with Grunt in ME2 makes him respect you.
