I've been craving a new Halo adventure, as Reach only stole the limelight for a small amount of time, not long enough to keep me satisfied. So, I did some digging. There is a supposed leaked image of the next month's Xbox Magazine. Article below picture.

There are also various other articles that are worth a read, all pointing to 343 Industries making a huge announcement regarding a new Halo game at next week's E3.

I'm all for a remake, but Bungie stated that before they began development on Reach in 2007, they thought about making a Halo 4. So that leads me to think that there will be a Halo 4 released in the next year or two. They could do what MW2 did, and release a HD remake of the original CoD alongside the release of Halo 4?

Gears of War Exile has already been Trademarked, so you'd assume the series will continue on it's way after GoW3.

Had a Halo 4 been announced. I think they'll pull a Reach beta and for whoever buys Halo HD will get into the beta of whatever Halo is coming. :P

I dunno about Halo 4 as Bungie aren't making any more Halo titles. But I'm sure whoever takes the reins they will be pumping out a new title soon.

I'm in favour of the HD remake idea. On the other hand though I'm still enjoying Reach online. The last thing I want is it to turn into a yearly release like CoD [Facepalm]

True, but if they talked about making a Halo 4, you'd suspect that plans were already made and 343 would just build off those. It seems more apparent that a Halo CE HD remake is underway.

That is why they really need to create some.

In this generation PS has created epic franchises in inFamous, Resistance, Uncharted, Motorstorm and LittleBigPlanet.

The only worthy franchise MS has created this generation is Gears of War.

They need to pull their thumb out of their ass and provide us with some epic exclusives.

Well they create epic exclusives but they either give up on them (Alan Wake, Viva Pinata) or share them with other consoles (Mass Effect, BioShock, Condemned).

And seriously, when are they going to use Rare effectively? Perfect Dark and Viva Pinata are good, but come on, they use to create amazing games.
