Now all that's left is the discussion and speculation on what we already know!

Baird and Cole Train in hand cuffs and the teaser depicting the story of Marcus Fenix and his lead up to being imprisoned. Looks like we'll finally get an insight into what happened before the first trilogy of games.

Early in the Locust War, Kilo Squad is accused of treason by Col.Ezra Loomis after Lt.Damon Baird leads Pvt. Augustus Cole, Sofia Hendrik, and Garron Paduk in a battle against the Locust in Halvo Bay, during which they steal experimental Coalition of Ordered Governments technology.

It was announced at E3 2012 that Gears of War: Judgment will feature a new game mode called OverRun. As the COG, you’ll be protecting two sealed Emergence Holes and a Hammer of Dawn beacon. If you successfully defend the Hammer of Dawn, the round will end, blowing the Locust to smithereens. If the Locust reach the Emergence Holes and uncover them however, the COG are ripped to shreds by a flood of Kryll.
Rod Fergusson ‏has also said that Gears of War Judgment will once again still feature Normal Versus Multiplayer modes.

Hoping Clayton makes an appearance somehow, a cameo even. Thought Epic did a good job of honoring the first two Carmine's by having the last brother as burly and badass as the main cast.

That'd be pretty boss if he did.

But i'd love to see a whole new environment of the wars (Pendulum wars?)

But for some reason (along with the name Judgement) i have a feeling it'll start before Gears 1, But somewhere along the lines it'll fill in things from Gears 1 and 2 - possibly even 3

I hope they change this up enough to justify a purchase and that it isn't Gears 3.5.

I was surprised they're not doing the Pendulum Wars as the setting. The first year of E-Day is all well and good but so much more backstory before the Locust to tap into.

I think it's more a case of they don't give a **** really. There hasn't been one reported or documented case of a retailer being slapped with a fine or stock withheld due to breaking a street date. Why would a publisher bite the hand that feeds? These threats are as scary as the boogeyman under my bed...

I think they'll be a fine.

International street dates are a much bigger deal and the retailer enters into a contract not to sell before a date in this case (as per the sticker).

I think the fines are more common than you think, they're just not that big a deal for massive retailers.
