The Rally Positano is difficult I'm trying to beat Ducatti and I've beat his lap time by 3 seconds but it keeps saying dirty lap even though I'm not hitting anyone.

What exactly makes it a dirty lap? And is there some way of seeing what made it a dirty lap whilst you're doing it?

At the top right of the screen you can see your lap times.

As you are making a driving mistake a little caution sign will flash next to your current lap time and a solid one means you have a 'dirty' lap time.

I've noticed the Tsukuba (I think thats how its spelled) track has one in the middle of the track for no reason. On the last straight-away before the last big bend. As though not following the perfect driving line is causing it.

For career it's cheaper to buy some cars at the Action house instead of just the garage.

Today I got a FG V8 Supercar 190,000 CR and a VE V8 Supercar for 120,000 CR, I was happy with that cause they're normally 900,000 CR.

Yer man ive been hanging in the AH I picked up a Holden V8 Supercar for 150,000cr and a Ferrari P4 (Something or other) for around 450,000 cr usually sells for 9,000,000.

Does anyone else have a problem with the game freezing up when trying to browse the auction house? I'll run a search.. scroll 3 or 4 cars down, then sit and wait for a good 10 seconds sometimes, looks like its trying to 'buffer' before I can scroll down again another 3 or 4, and so it goes. I dunno if it's something wrong with my net or what, it happens on both xboxes in our place.

Well I got to see the game, while @Shadowblade played it on my bigscreen TV and kinect, very very pretty. I did manage to drive a lap knocking down pins at the top gear track. Definately (love) even though I'm normally not a car fanatic.

Yeah, the AH lag is driving me insane. It's hard to nab good deals when you see a list of cars and sometimes they're all gone before you can even select one.

In rivals why do I almost always get an ! Lap straight after a dirty lap? It's a new lap shouldn't it be clean to start with?
