Well, I've played through the first 4 chapters and I have to say that the storyline is far, far more interesting than the snooze-fest that was MW2. - It's an interesting reversal, in that I was not at all interested in the story of BF:BC 1 but I did like the plot of Modern Warfare.
MW2 felt like Infinity Ward just tried too hard.

I like the graphics, too; BF:BC 2 looks very much like FarCry 2. It's not on par with Uncharted 2 but it's pretty damned good.

I've had a brief hack at the multi. I like it, I'll play it a lot...but I wish there was just a simple, straight-up Team Deathmatch option.

I can see the benefit of both. Like I love BC2 and I've put like 55 hours into the online mode, but I also played a lot of MW2 online and I can see benefits in both, but they definitely are different beasts.

I compared all aspects of both and I came to the conclusion that online is even and is dependent on what you like to play, cause they are different experiences.

That just reinforces my point. How can you say that these are so different, when you get players who are apparently good at BC2 using MW2 tactics. I was looking forward to getting BC2 so i wouldn't have to deal with these types of players.

Did you read what I said? :(

That guy was playing on PC, you can't do anything like that on BC2 console and I've never seen anybody dominate that much. Get BC2, it is a great online experience and nothing like MW2.

Yeah I did, but after seeing that it doesn't convince me that people won't use other MW2 tactics. Oh well, I'll be getting it in a week or so, so I'll wait and see how it is myself.

You constantly say how much better and different BC2 is, but you never give any examples. Do you actually acknowledge that what is in that video looks like it's taken straight out of MW2?

What you saw was on PC not 360, They play differently.

Yeh that is why I don't play HC mode, HC just encourages snipers... doesn't require skill, just a good hiding position.

Thats why I grab a tank and run all the trees and shrubs over there is no place to hide then is there MFr's lol I have more kills in the tanks than anything else i think.

Bad Company 2 is really good... much more tactical and much less run and gun then MW/MW2.

Only way to do well in this game is to work as a team. Many times I've been killed in that game and it's put a smile on my face, in the way that the opposition squad has gone about bringing on my demise.

Haha I am very sneaky. I usually creep up behind a tank and use my repair tool on it. I also like to cover the map in mines, literally that is all I do when I am engineer. So I accept your challenge and look forward to blowing you up :)

Hey ladies... as well as new maps, we also get a patch which fixes all these -

o Vehicles can now be damaged by friendly fire when playing Hardcore.
o The MG36 now properly has its red dot sight in Hardcore.
o Damaged vehicles no longer blink on the minimap for soldiers without a powertool.
o SPECACT kits can be used on all SDM and SR levels.
o 40mm Shotgun is now properly rewarded platinum at 500 kills not 1000.
o G3 and Mk14 can now use the AR Marksman specialization.
o Fixed a graphical issue when equipping the GOL with a 4x or Red Dot sight.
o Scoring is now awarded after a player’s death.
o Increased Tickets in Conquest mode and significantly increased Ticket Bleed when holding a majority or more of flags.
o The Conquest Horn now only plays for a short time when running low on Tickets.
o Updated the weapon stats in the Menu to reflect previous weapon balance changes (no additional weapon balance changes were made).
o Increased the power of the UH-60 miniguns at long range.
o Armored Vehicles are now more effective at running over soldiers.
o Fixed an issue on Isla Inocentes where destroying a fence would also destroy the building containing an MCom.
o Fixed various hangs and exploits.

It is optional? I swear my mate told the PC didn't have it.

I guess that the PC is easier to do patches with then a console. Especially when the developer has more experience with the PC and has to build the patch into 2 different consoles.
