hey everyone, i was talking to my mate and he was telling me that having the xbox standing up it is bad for the laser because it was not made to read on an angle or something like that and i was thinking that it was crap cause xboxs are pretty much made for standing up.
Is he talkin ****?

yea when i just got my xbox is was on the floor cause i wasnt at my house and i was playing gears and i kicked it by accident, is scratched the cd bad but i took it back to JB and they gave me another

Yeah, standing up... doesn't look right any other way, same with the PS3. The only reason I'd lie it down is if I didn't have room to stand it up. Oh, and about it damaging the console, I've had mine this way for over two years, it's fine, my games are all fine too.

hm, the fan was running really loud and wasn't sure what was going on, so i hit the 360 to stop the noisy fan, and it worked, but when i hit the 360 it obviously tilted.
