Ensure the 360 display cable (plugged into the back of your 360) is switched to "HD-TV". Go to set-up and mess around with display and ensure it's on "1080p". Get the component cables and plug them into the back of your reciever. Ensure the reciever is turned to "Video" as the audio source (may be different for yours. Mines a bit old) and bobs your uncle my friend
