It was a knee jerk move in hindsight that probably won me a few league wins but has stuffed up my structure abit when I could've got Beams instead with another downgrade.

Might have to waste a trade to get him out & Beams in next week or just leave him on the bench, bah can't believe I made that trade when I've had it sussed out most of the year [Facepalm]

I've had to go sideways with Zaka to Danger as I can't really afford to have him as well as Pendles and Scotland on the bench for extended periods of time. Though I heard today that Scotland's injury isn't as bad as first thought.

9 Trades left with two or three more upgrades (Hargrave to Waters potential). But my main issue is finding a really good downgrade option. Need a Tom Mitchell or Couch type.

There are two downgrade options I know of #1 pick Jon Patton debuts this week & will likely play the rest of the season if fit but is expensive at $179k.

In the backline Ports Andrew Moore is a little cheaper at $150k scored 80+ DT points against Hawthorn playing in the midfield.

He was a pick #9 a few years back injured upto this point but he's fit now & will play the season out he looked alright.

Spewing I didn't get Bootsma or Delaney, are there any other downgrades?

I got Priddis this week in SC. He's much better suited to that kind of scoring. Great start with 130+. Because I've been less focused on SC I've ended up with a pretty unique midfield with the likes of Priddis, Watson and A Swallow.

Taken a risk in DT this week upgrading Giles for Goldstein. Even though Giles is only out for a week, Goldstein is massively underpriced for his potential. Would also be unique and should smash it against GC this week.

Biggest problem is only 8 trades left... Thank goodness for Sam Gibson who might create two upgrades from one downgrade as he's so cheap @85k (DT).

That seems a very good trade that should hopefully pay off, I'm watching Mumford he's starting to get back into it but will still drop for a few weeks while he balances out.

bringing him in next week for siddy. with 7 trades left lol.

then with last 3 trades i get in carazzo and h.shaw.

but leaves me with only 4 trades LOL.

probably just carazzo at this stage. need to keep 6 away.

I need to probably upgrade Hargrave to Carrazzo in two weeks, and then upgrade JMac to my final premium MID. Of course, 6 trades is a big issue, injuries have killed the amount I'd hoped to have coming into finals.

I've mentioned a couple of times that I haven't really planned out my SC team as much as my DT, so it's probably not as set (particularly in DEF) as I'd have liked at this point. Though I do have the benefit of one more trade, and more cash. So a similar Carrazzo trade could happen next week. Issue is no matured rookies in DEF, with all around the ~170-180k mark and a few weeks away from being ready. I could upgrade Hargrave in the mean time though...

yeh looks pretty good better then my dud team:P

well i have malcheski basically instead of bitchell and lake instead of shaw.

annoyed i didn't look at shaw looks awesome for a rookie.

Got zaka instead of zorko but they are some how even... LOL cant believe i didn't grab him. Wanted to but had to get sam mitchell and dal santo in the same week cost me zorko. Instead got sexton.... LOl fail.

Next up this week i got in sam gibson as he is the last available rookie really who has potential to score heaps.

Hargraves sucks started of so well now 3 scores 60 and below.... and misses a few every now and then because of being sore.

Its a given i will be trading him for carazzo in a few weeks.

@ISR remember how I had that problem of the premium on the bench in DT?

I might have a trade setup to fix it although it would require me trading Mitchell back out, how does this look

Out Mitchell, Hargrave & Milera
In Beams (Fwd), Scotland & Sam Gibson

That leaves me with 5 trades so I burnt one with Mitchell but still have a fully premium midfield (once Pendles gets back in a week), near premium forward & backline.

For me in Supercoach I've done:

Out: J Cameron & A Kennedy

In: Sidebottom & S Gibson

Both outs were bench options I wanted to get money out of and have, I'll then have Zorko and D smith as bench options in the forward line. Gibson and McDonald Midfield bench, S Darley and Shaw Defence bench.

Will bring in Mumford, Scotland, Waters and another forward and I should be done providing everything goes to plan.

I heard Pendles' return might be delayed. So couldn't almost be worth getting rid of him for Gibson. Also Scotland has his bye this round, so you're looking at a few donuts in the DEF if you get him in. Beams is a no-brainer though, I've had him for ages and constantly does well.
