Will be a tough one to call, both teams in pretty good form lately. You would think Freo at home but Doggies don't do too bad over in the west.

Yeah well its the reason why they won it last year because they had very few injuries and were able to get match experience into nearly all there players where other teams such as the Saints had riewoldt out for the most part of the first half of the season on top of other players. Then there was hawthorn who had to play roughhead and luke hodge as a ruckman at times last year.

Dont get me wrong collingwood are a strong side and the best side in the comp atm but if they had the amount of injuries hawthorn had last year they would never had even made the grand final.

Pie best 22 vs. Hawks best 22 will be a good game. I think the hawks are the only team that have a chance to beat the pies this year.

Geelong were un-beatable in 2008, breezed through the finals and come grand final day a few players weren't up to it and they were done. Anything can happen on the day.

I think Freo will get over the line just...
and I have to say Geelong being a Geelong supporter, good form with a fresh feel around the place, tomorrow we will see where they are really at, it's a good test. And will be a really tough game and can go anyway. Should be a good game to watch.

Hawks has beaten you guys since the 08 premiership and i think the total winning margin is less than 20 points in the last 4 games the cats have won since the 08 premiership.

Yeah, according to the players they made a pack to never loose to them whilst the current playing group is still together. It may be 2 - 3 years back but it still must sting, they were clearly the best team that year but weren't able to cap off the great work by winning the premiership.

oh ya Freo! Great finish to the game! good hard game by boyd for the dogs. I'm also a bit critical of sandilands at times. He has the height but a few years ago he was quite predictable with his tap-outs but over the years he's rectified that. Today he won the tap outs but didn't really hit it to anyone - you really need someone who can do that and sandilands just needed to lift a little but the dogs definitely applied the pressure and it really could have swung either way.
