Agree with this. Port are lacking one or two top quality in and under midfielders... Swans are a ten-times better side because of Josh Kennedy's work at stoppages, as are Hawks with Mitchell and the Cats with Selwood.

We have midfielders just lack one or two of Mitchell's quality.
Wingard, Hartlett, Ebert, Boak & Pittard will be pretty good in the future add in 1-2 genuine stars & youngsters that will develop like Newton & we'll be right.

And wow - Taylor Walker has so much potential, but today it seemed like he didn't want to be out there.

Glad I'm not the only one that thinks that way you picked out the 2 players who are overhyped & inconsistent, the media & fans seem to think they're the second coming of Modra & Ricciuto they won't be half as good as either of those greats.

This isn't me attacking Dangerfield because he's a good player, I just think you have better players than him that aren't rated as high, Rory Sloane for example is a better midfielder.

I haven't heard Malthouse say anything negative about Collingwood this season, but he definitely has the right too. Collingwood are pissing all over him, they pushed him out the door after he wins them a Premiership and then change his entire gameplan like it was all wrong.
They have a coach with no experience, who was a one-trick pony as a player and is clearly a one-trick pony as a coach. The Pies have played 5 good minutes of football this season that got them a win, but apart from that they've been dominated and Buckley can't coach this team.
I know we all hate the Pies, but I'm surely not the only one that is impressed when the Pie-Train is up and rolling and the players are playing at their best. They have an epic squad that clearly can't play under Buckley.

Not saying James Brayshaw is perfect, but he definitely keeps his two professions separate as much as possible.
