And Neil Armstrong is currently searching for the lost ark of the covenant, and the holy grail, after claiming to have found surviving parts of Noah's Ark - I guess that doesn't make him crazy either.

What I'm trying to say is a lot of former Astronauts have gone on to do crazy things once they have left the space program. Besides how good can Nasa's screening program be if they employ a diaper wearing kidnapper??

No, it's the fact that he is searching for Noah's Ark that makes Armstrong crazy.

There is little to no credible evidence to support the Noah's Ark theories.

Whereas with UFO/alien existance, there is plentiful amounts of credible, proven evidence for it. There is also alot of high production hoaxes, but it comes with the territory.

EDIT: That nappy wearing stalker was a genius! It shaved hours off of her travelling time.

Oh, that old chestnut...

Even if there were extra-terrestrial life, there is no credible evidence that it has reached Earth. - The difficulties of long-distance space travel make it almost insurmountable. And as for the supposed "crash-landings", are we to believe that someone has found a way to cross thousands of parsecs (and remain alive) only to run into a desert somewhere? Psshhtttt.

The argument that "in an infinite universe, there MUST be other forms of life" is false because it is based on the premise that the universe is of infinite size, which cannot be proven. No-one knows how big the universe is and no-one knows whether or not it is infinite.

Einstein's theory of relativity kind of does a lot to make it a virtual impossibility - how close is the next nearest sun?? It would take longer than a human lives to travel that distance at the speed of light, so until somebody figures out a way to break the laws of physics and travel faster than the speed of light, I very much doubt we will ever see alien visitors if they exist - you got to bear in mind that the light astronomers are seeing from distant stars and suns is thousands of years old by the time it travels close enough to us for them to witness it.

It wouldn't surprise me if there was other life out there, but it also wouldn't surprise me if ourselves and what ever other life there may be out there forever remains completely oblivious to each others existence due to the distances involved.

And what credible evidence is there??

But this is the thinking capacity of a Human Being with the use of only 3-5% of their brain. You have to at least entertain the possibility that there are other entities out there that are capable of more.
