I've been excited about Portal 2 in general but I'm especially excited to see how the cross platform co-op goes with the PC and the PS3. I've never tried any game that features this and from what I've heard it hasn't been successful but I'm hoping Valve got the formula right this time.

On the contrary, I think the amount of variation that Valve can achieve with the one concept - for the SECOND TIME - is quite amazing. Especially considering that the number of fundamental changes (eg Pivot cube) is not far from zero.

I've only gotten up to the 3rd or 4th thermal discouragement beam test.

The one where GLaDOS keeps on fizzling the companion cubes on you.

Remember GLaDOS' eyes from the first portal. I've caught one peeking at me from behind a wall panel during that test. :O

Theres like a massive Oil Rig (I think) and you go through a crack in a door (not on the oil rig) and it opens up to a cave and theres a elevator on the far side thats out of order...

Never game guide your first run through of this. It would TOTALLY defeat the purpose of the game.
It is more a game of wit than skill.
One of the last few puzzle games, bravo to Valve they may have re-invented the puzzle genre for this gen.
Time will tell.
