So we've been talking about how F.E.A.R 3 is lacking on the scares, and I started to remember about some of the scariest games I've played.

Of course it changes depending on how old you are, but I remember Resident Evil 2 scaring the crap out of me when I was a kid.

Another would have to be the original F.E.A.R, along with Condemned: Criminal Origins who were both made by the same company.

What are some of the scariest games you've ever played. Silent Hill 2 was definitely frightening at the time.

Yeah, except I don't know if I even got to the scary part, because I didn't get scared. I played for about an hour, then just sort of... went back to Silent Hill.

Fatal Frame games... hands down. Scary as all shit. And your only weapon: a freakin CAMERA lol The game forces you to confront your fears... wicked gameplay. God i wish they'd release a new one for the PS3.
