I had mixed feelings about the first one to be honest..

I liked the concept, I LOVED the fact I could morph into other people and such but yeah... just felt too "Samey" after a while and also after only a few levels I felt almost "Unstoppable"...

Yeah I was considering trying to change my 1/2 price SSX order from Harvey Norman to this but after seeing some footage on X-play it looks exactly the same as the original with no improvement in the graphics & not much in the gameplay.

*sigh* it's a shame it looks like it will be a letdown just like Crackdown 2 was after I loved the original Crackdown.

Yeah don't get me wrong I had fun killing tons of people with very little effort and taking down choppers and god knows what else they threw at me but yeah, kinda got a tad old after I realised that was all they had!

no way was it even close to Infamous that was a classic as with number 2 sorry @Beta @Heller is right here (this time)

Yeah have to say I did enjoy Infamous more and even to the point at the time I had to choose between buying Infamous and Prototype and I bought Prototype and regretted it...

Yeah no PS3 bias from Gamma here either lol, Prototype is like a gory incredible hulk game just missing a few things for longevity.

It gets pretty repedetive without a decent story which imo is what separates the two games apart, plus I like the comic book style which set it apart from other superhero games.

Might still rent this to see if it's any good.

I've looked at enough gameplay to convince myself that I want to purchase this. The reviews are looking pretty good, most in the 8 out of 10.

Is it possible to buy a copy of the game without the limited edition content, I'm looking on the EB games website and GAME website, but I can't find the game on its own..

Harvey Norman have the CE for $78 which is the cheapest around, why do you want the game without the DLC?

Going through the Black Watch Edition and there's some pretty cool stuff in there. There are many, many redemption codes though. Not bad considering it doesn't cost any more (I think).

Mmm, I guess so. I thought it'd be easier to just use a credit card to order it online, but didn't know they'd be out of stock. I thought EB games doesn't price match to another business product price, if they're out of stock? :P
