You're not the only person to feel that way.
My Player last year felt like it was long for the sake of being long. By the time I even got to the place I wanted my player to be at I felt like it took me too long to get there. And it's not like it got progressively harder. It got progressively easier. Just really long and tedious.
It feels a lot more structured and rewarding this year.
Gameplay has been slowed down considerably. Makes for more realistic scores and results. You've gotta play slow, use the plays and don't rush your shots.

You should adjust your sliders, but pick the pace up slightly.

it's hard to adjust sliders in my player... Plus, each team shouldn't be hitting 20+ 3's a game even if it's on default.

Eddie House's name is glitched and has turned into Eddie Lm. I was going to delete the roster file and let it re-download when I start the game back up again but I was afraid that I would lose all my legend teams.
