My local Gamestation got this in stock today (to think they cant sell it till Friday). They fired it up on their 50" LCD and damn...

From what i have seen the game is ugly as hell with poor textures, stiff animation, terrible voice work and glitches galore plus the blood effects look really bad! How its been getting 8.5s is beyond me :O That trailer we got for it months back is a joke cause its not at all what we got.

Bargain bin or not at all for me.

Its getting alot of mixed reviews. Also it seems the Pc version will be the better one to get.
I really don't like its flaws.

Yikes, not getting much love from that reviewer, although he did say he had some fun playing it.

I certainly think $58 is enough to pay after reading that.

Both reviews I have seen have mentioned bad graphics resulting in choppy game play. Stiff controls also make me think twice.
Ah well, I guess I wont know for sure till I play and see what its all about.

Maybe you should look at a game through your own eyes instead of through your puppets eyes he has tooo much fluff in them

Dicky can be a lot of things but one thing he is not, is someone who decides his opinion on games based on what other people think.

It seems like you want this game to succeed so badly that you refuse to accept that it could be bad. That being said, I will still buy this asap, bad graphics or not, but I'm not going to pretend it's something it's not, I'm sure it can be a lot of fun, but that doesn't mean it'll be pretty.

fallout 3 had graphical issues but it was one of my favourite games.. it think we all have to wait and see for ourselves like kero said.. :) and at $58 online BIG W who wouldn't try it... lol

Its a shame the trailer has little to nothing to do with the actual game. I wouldn't be surprised if they had outsourced that to another company. It sure doesn't seem like the same people who do their cut scenes.

Why is helloween6 opinion different than dicks, why cause dick seen some screens running at a game shop and helloween6 is actually at home playing it and thinks its a awesome game shit better shoot him down because he has a different opinion. Ahh prob because he is not playing it on a pc how dare he.

I didn't say it was a bad game at all, I said if Dicky thinks it's not up to par graphically I'm obliged to believe him, and I don't see why helloween went off his rocker at that, I couldn't care less what it looks like, or how you play it to be honest. I've just been following the thread and seen how amped helloween was for the game and there's a better than average chance he's blinded by fandom.

Like I said at the end of my last post, I'm buying this game regardless of how it plays or looks. And I'm sure you'll find a smart alec response to this post, so try not to swear this time and break the forum rules.
