So were mine, until I got A Series of Unfortunate Events where they sent me the wrong format/version of the games I order. Hope you're luck doesn't run out anytime soon, it's quite rage worthy and a hassle when they're the ones to stuff up.

EDIT: I'm guessing that's where you preordered it from? It would've been quite scarce on the UK sites by the time you made your order and most of them didn't ship to Aus either X_X

Wow that totally sucks :( Yeah I'm sure everything will be alright with my order, I have confidence in them as they have been very cool to me.

Well it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be, in the end I had 4 places to choose from and I went with them because they were the cheapest and because I have a decent account with them.
