You could use a proxy to trick it into thinking you are from the US. Doles or someone should have the knowhow to help you.

The achievements were released not that long ago, and it is one of the best lists, not only cause there are NO ONLINE ACHIEVEMENTS, but there is one where you must steal a piece of poo.
E: I just realized that Infamous 2, Red Faction Armageddon and Duke Nukem Forever are released within 2 days of each other, and just before the mid-year exams.....
