Midnight in Paris - much better than I expected - 4.5/5.

Watched The Big Year, and for a movie starring Jack Black, Owen Wilson and Steve Martin, and other actors like Rashida Jones, Tim Blake Nelson, Anthony Anderson, Joel McHale, Kevin Pollak and Jim Parsons, I was kinda hoping it would be funny. It's not.

My sister didn't like that movie because it ruined her perception of that douche from True Blood lol.

I thought it was terribly boring & didn't make a lot of sense, like as if the chick didn't tell her husband what her ex did I mean really.

Decent ending though with the bear trap =D

Been sick for a couple of days and I did was watch movies. Watched all the early Rambo movies, the Toy Story series. I've never actually watched any of them before and everyone made a big fuss over the 3rd movies I thought I'd start at the beginning. I really enjoyed Toy Story 3 that was very well done. For some reason I watched Skyline again but it always frustrates me because it seems like it needs a few more movies to more of an understanding of the story.

...last night watched 30 Seconds or less (****ing hilarious), and Wrong Turn 4 (pretty good for these new-age horrors, brother and I couldn't stop laughing at the ending lol)...currently watching Vanishing on 7th Street (not bad so far)...

Watched John Carter.. Hard to give thoughts on, didn't love it, didn't hate it. Read later that it was 400m dollar movie that's so far only made 180m back worldwide. Kinda sums it up for me. Great looking, entertaining enough but plenty of wtf moments.

Other than that it's been a Kevin Smith weekend after getting Dogma, J&SB Strike Back and Clerks 2 Blu rays.

'Saw' on TV last night. Wow it's been a few years since I 'saw' it and didn't remember how bad the acting is. What happened to Cary Elwes?! He was awesome back in the day in Men In Tights and The Princess Bride..

Also watched Dawn of the Dead and Man on Fire.

I recently saw Catch .44, which is a quite good Tarantino-style drama/thriller with Bruce Willis, Shea Whigham, Forest Whitaker, and the attractive Malin Akerman.
