I've know we've had a few of these threads, but this one is across all of MMGN since I know many of you don't visit the movie section enough.

So what did you watch last and what would you give it out of 5?

Midnight in Paris - much better than I expected - 4.5/5.

yeah it will be the last but thats a good thing. all good comedies only last a few seasons. thats what makes them memorable.

modern family was great in the first two seasons but the third is starting to falter and i fear they will make it go forever and it will just fizz out and be forgettable

It's actually a prequel, yet 90% of the content is from the original....so it's a prequel/remake that ties into the original and it's just a mess.....and shit -_-

@Kenni such a damn good movie! Love it to bits, and if you take the female cop out of the second movie it's actually watchable, it could have been a lot worse.

I'm getting my girlfriend acquainted with Australian movies at the moment. We just watched Rabbit Proof Fence and The Castle the other day, tonight we're going to watch Crackerjack :P

It was pretty funny, I watched that movie when I was like 17 and I remember hating it, but I know so many Aussie's just love it so I thought it would be best to show it to her.

She loved it, and I was surprised to discover that I loved it too. I must have just been in a bad mood back then, because it is quite a good flick.

I had her watching Houso's last week, that was a fun experience.
