The fact of the matter is that the court has opened up a big honking loophole that publishers -- who we all know would love to KILL the used game market -- will send their legal departments into overdrive to try to exploit if at all possible.

I mean, if it wasn't the death of the used-game market that killed off game retailers, it would eventually be digital distribution, but still, what do we all think about this?

I actually don't buy my prewoned games at EB so I wouldn't know but if thats how much it is then buying it brand new is better.

I remember one time where batman arkham was more expensive preowned than it was brand new. Youd think that if there was a sale on they would lower both prices

So basically, they'd have to pay you for you to get the game. That is lolz, i'm pretty sure some customer probably stuck it there though, I used to pull off the stickers when the staff weren't paying attention and stick them on other games.

I get treated like a star in both computer stores, and EB , game traders etc .. simply as A) they love my graphics .. and B) I'm good friends with some people who work in the games industry .. game designers... writers, modelers etc .. especially comic artists ..

I normally pay like just over half for my shit depending on the staff in the store :D
