I'm no expert but I think fuses have more to do current, how many amps does it draw ?
Side note where did she buy if from ?

Ebay..... Came from Melbourne though. I would check it but am at work.

**Found it www.ebay.com.au/... Maybe it just had a dodgy fuse.
