I've never been that into Team Fortress 2, the look of the game has never appealed to me nor the gameplay, mind you this was and still is an opinion i've based on my real last time with the game back in 07/08.
I always wanted the title originally announced with the more realistic approach...
Maybe i need to try again with this game after all the changes made but going by what i've seen at least i can't see my view changing but who knows?

Chances are if you didn't like it before, you won't like it now. Co-op is fun and game changing, but it's still full of all the characters, mischief and mayhem we have come to expect from the series.

Personally I'm glad they didn't go with the original modern combat version, I love how TF2 is completely unique and offers up a new and exciting experience that is fun rather than realistic.

Back in '98 i was in Half-Life heaven. From the game, to mods like 'They Hunger' and USS Darkstar to going online over dialup playing the multi component or the original Team Fortress plus making new maps using the hammer editor. At the time there was no CoD or BF so it was kinda unique and it was more of the HalfLife world/engine that i loved. To be honest if it had been released back then we still probably would looking at this game but it would have been the 3rd iteration, i mean they would have wanted it on Source.

I was glued to this game from later 2008 till mid 2010 then i just lost interest after awhile. Not really a fan of a lot of the new systems implemented.
